If it is a Paris u’Select mill that you are considering, the grind is adjusted by turning the ring at the bottom. Once the grind size is set, it will stay in place until the user changes it. Mills are made using a high quality beech wood, grown in France. For Salt use only. Matching pepper grinder versions available also.
